This role will support our global teams and report into the People Operations Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolveHRrelatedqueriesviaZendeskandprovide high qualityday-to-day HR administrationsupport.
  • Monitoradherence toemployment legislation. Draft and update employment contractsandHRdocuments including employmentverificationsalary certificatesandotherrelevant documents.
  • Act as a point of contact forinternalcustomer/employeesseeking guidanceoncompanyHR policiesand procedures.
  • Ensure adherenceto SLAsandPeople Operationsperformancemetrics.
  • Maintainaccurateemployee records in theHRIS includinghiringonboardingand ongoingemployee data management.
  • Contribute to process optimisation and support HR projects as processes and transactions transition into People Operations.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and invoices for the HR department to ensureaccurateandtimelyvendor payments.
  • Review HR metrics and performance indicators and takeappropriate actionwhererequired.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned depending on business needs and project requirements.



Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2yearsinHRoradministrative roles.
  • Experienceworking with HRISplatforms(RipplingandWorkday).
  • Experienceusingticketingsystems (Zendesk Services Now).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsdemonstratingstrong grammar and clearaccuratecommunication.
  • Solidunderstanding of the full employee lifecyclefrom hire to offboarding.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation including senior leadership and external stakeholders.
