This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial paint experience who wants to work in a professional well-organised environment with real opportunities to progress.

Key responsibilities:

  • Applying wet paint finishes to manufactured components.
  • Operating spray guns and painting equipment to achieve required coating thickness and finish.
  • Preparing surfaces for painting including cleaning sanding masking and priming.
  • Inspecting surfaces before and after painting to ensure high quality standards.
  • Mixing paints and coatings to specified ratios and maintaining accurate records.
  • Identifying and correcting paint defects where possible.
  • Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean safe and organised working area.
  • Following all health safety and PPE requirements.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience:

  • At least 1 years experienceas a Wet Paint Sprayer or in a similar industrial role.
  • Experience using spray guns and wet paint application techniques.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and coating materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and specifications.

Desirable Skills Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Ability to read work orders or basic drawings.
  • Experience maintaining paint mix and quality records.
