Inspire Customer Engagement: Work with existing clients to unlock untapped potential. Train coach and motivate school staff to achieve greater sales results and champion Pearsons mission.
Drive Sales & Promotion: Build strategic relationships with key decision makers. Proactively promote Pearsons products and services ensuring our solutions are front-of-mind and delivering value.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Marketing Managers Content teams and other key stakeholders to deepen your product knowledge and deliver tailored solutions.
Leverage Technology: Use leading sales tools (including SFDC PowerPoint and CRM systems) to maximise your impact and efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
A true hunter mentalityenergized by finding and winning new business and motivated by the knowledge that every sale helps students and teachers succeed.
Bachelors degree in education Business Communications or a related field (ideal)
At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field with a proven record of exceeding targets
Outstanding communication negotiation and closing skills
Highly organized results-driven and passionate about making a difference
