As Manager Workforce Optimisation youll lead a talented team responsible for end-to-end workforce managementforecasting scheduling rostering and process improvement. Your mission Ensure our operations run seamlessly with the right people in the right place at the right time.
Youll shape strategies anticipate resource needs and partner with leaders to align workforce capacity with business goals. This is a role for a strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven decisions and loves building engaged high-performing teams.
What Youll Do
Design and implement workforce strategies that drive business success.
Analyse data to forecast demand and optimise staffing solutions.
Collaborate with operational leaders to meet KPIs and service targets.
Lead initiatives to improve scheduling efficiency and resource utilisation.
Oversee rostering systems and champion continuous improvement.
Inspire and develop your team to achieve exceptional results.
