We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to join our growing cybersecurity consulting firm. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company managing staff tasks and ensuring that the business runs efficiently and effectively. This role will require a versatile leader who can manage operational functions assist in sales and marketing maintain client relationships and contribute to financial management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and have a proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth.
What Youll Do
o Oversee the daily operations of the company ensuring all departments are aligned with company goals.
o Implement update and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
o Ensure project timelines deliverables and budgets are being met consistently.
o Supervise guide and manage the daily activities of staff members.
o Assist in staff performance management including regular evaluations feedback and professional development.
o Foster a positive work environment and company culture that promotes collaboration accountability and excellence.
o Work with HR to recruit hire and onboard new staff when needed.
o Assist in business development and sales efforts by identifying potential clients and helping with outreach when needed.
o Support the marketing team in creating campaigns content and strategies to promote the companys cybersecurity services when needed.
o Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and sales presentations.
o Help maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
o Assist in resolving any client issues or escalations providing timely and effective solutions.
o Represent the company in client meetings and ensure that projects align with client needs and expectations when needed.
o Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the companys strategic vision and growth plans.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement cost-saving and operational efficiency.
o Assist in creating business strategies that drive long-term growth and profitability.

Required Skills:
What You Bring Were looking for someone who: Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field (Masters preferred). 3 years of experience in operational management with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or executive role preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector. Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and how to deliver value to clients. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Solid understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
