Job Summary

Were looking for a proactive Account Manager Intern to join our Customer Success and Client Relationship team. This is an ideal internship for freshers or early-career candidates who want to learn account management customer success client servicing and B2B relationship management in a fast-scaling fintech environment.

Youll support customer onboarding manage routine client queries track account health and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience for Karbons users.

Where You Can Create Impact

  • Assist in managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships.

  • Support customer onboarding product walkthroughs and account setup.

  • Handle day-to-day client queries with clarity empathy and professionalism.

  • Coordinate with internal teamsproduct operations supportto resolve issues quickly.

  • Track account health metrics renewals and client engagement touchpoints.

  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM tools and prepare client reports.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (where relevant).

  • Proactively flag customer pain points and help improve the client experience.

Requirements for the Role

Must-have Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken written).

  • Strong rejection-handling and ability to stay calm under pressure.

  • High empathy and customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hunger to learn and take ownership.

Good-to-have Skills:

  • Basic Excel skills (filters pivots data cleanup).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Zoho or Freshsales.

  • Prior internship or exposure to customer success client servicing or sales roles.
