Job Summary
Were looking for a proactive Account Manager Intern to join our Customer Success and Client Relationship team. This is an ideal internship for freshers or early-career candidates who want to learn account management customer success client servicing and B2B relationship management in a fast-scaling fintech environment.
Youll support customer onboarding manage routine client queries track account health and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience for Karbons users.
Where You Can Create Impact
Assist in managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
Support customer onboarding product walkthroughs and account setup.
Handle day-to-day client queries with clarity empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teamsproduct operations supportto resolve issues quickly.
Track account health metrics renewals and client engagement touchpoints.
Maintain accurate updates in CRM tools and prepare client reports.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (where relevant).
Proactively flag customer pain points and help improve the client experience.
Requirements for the Role
Must-have Skills:
Excellent communication skills (spoken written).
Strong rejection-handling and ability to stay calm under pressure.
High empathy and customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Hunger to learn and take ownership.
Good-to-have Skills:
Basic Excel skills (filters pivots data cleanup).
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Zoho or Freshsales.
Prior internship or exposure to customer success client servicing or sales roles.
