Summary of the Role
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to own critical fintech and payroll modules end-to-enddefining strategy building secure money-movement flows and driving adoption and customer outcomes. This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Own modules from problem definition through launch and iteration; write clear detailed PRDs that specify scope constraints money movement limits and risk controls.
- Roadmap & Strategy: Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap based on business impact compliance requirements and customer outcomes; secure cross-functional buy-in.
- Risk & Compliance: Collaborate with compliance/legal to design risk controls disclosures consent flows and policy changes; set guardrails and thresholds.
- Delivery Excellence: Partner with Engineering on project plans; surface risks early; unblock dependencies across Finance Operations Compliance and Support.
- Data & Economics: Define product metrics (adoption usage repayment/recovery payment success rate fraud margins) and use SQL/dashboards and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Align scope and launch criteria with Sales CS Finance Compliance and other partners.
- GTM Enablement: Enable client-facing teams with positioning FAQs objection handling; co-own product/UX copy and help center content.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather consumer insights and feedback; run experiments to validate assumptions and improve satisfaction and usage.
What we are looking for:
- 58 years of product management experience shipping and scaling products ideally in fintech payments or financial services SaaS; payroll experience a plus.
- Hands-on experience with money-movement products (payroll payouts lending cards wallets BNPL) and working with risk/compliance stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mentality and excellent project management across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Very good product sense and UX instincts for financial decisions disclosures and consent.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL/dashboards and experimentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex financial/technical concepts for non-experts.
