We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to handle 70% service activities and 30% sales responsibilities for pharma customers in the assigned territory. The role involves installation commissioning maintenance troubleshooting and sales support of high-end analytical instruments while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Sales*

•Generate and convert B2B sales leads in the pharma segment

•Conduct product demonstrations presentations and follow-ups

•Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

•Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

*Service*

•Installation commissioning calibration qualification and maintenance of analytical instruments

•Handle service calls troubleshooting preventive maintenance and breakdown support

•Perform QA and safety checks and maintain service documentation

•Train customers on safe and effective equipment usage

•Monitor inventory and coordinate spare parts requirements
