-Develop and Execute 10 years Long Range Planning (LRP budget)
-Create a comprehensive roadmap outlining revenue targets market penetration goals and product strategies
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
-Establish a quarterly (or upon request) market & OEM trend report for India automotive sector for major players like TATA M&M HMI/KMI Renault Nissan
New business wins for Foundational and Electrification products
-Identify OEMs new HEV/BEV cycle plan and set the targets for short and long-term customer programs
-Early engage with customers new HEV/BEV development projects including PoC collaborating with various BorgWarner tech centres in India Singapore Korea and China
-Support India Product Placement Strategy working together with India Tech Centre to build key product portfolio to promote in India
-Increase Engine Controllers (ECU) market share for Diesel and Gasoline engine applications from incumbent customers TATA M&M AL FML VECV etc. with close collaboration with Delphi-TVS Technologies
Strategize RFI/RFQ pursuits and quotations taking the lead of other functional pursuit teams including engineering
-Provide competitive analysis for target/winning prices
-Challenge functional teams to achieve our target prices with healthy financial business cases
Strong customer negotiation for profit recovery & improvement
-Implement margin recovery tasks through hard negotiations
-Build negotiation strategy/rationale together with functional teams
What we are looking for
More than 15 years of sales experience in India Automotive Industry
Experience of Electrification business wins from IOEMs is preferred
Pro-active and strategic thinking with sales-oriented mindset
Ability to build a longer-term growth strategy
Having good customer intimacy & negotiation skills for challenging task
Technical knowledge of engine controllers and electrification products like e-Motors OBC/DCDC Inverters and Power Modules and Xin1 systems
Having collaborative working attitude with other functional teams
Profound knowledge about India F & E market/customer trend
Transparent communication manner within the organization
