Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Growth -
Own strategic planning and business development for the assigned territory.

Drive execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.

Accountable for P&L budget achievement and growth across assigned accounts.

Expand System Integration business in line with organizational objectives.
Sales Excellence -
Achieve committed sales targets by driving opportunity reviews CXO-level engagement and deal closures.

Build strong sales pipelines with accurate revenue forecasting (customer-wise BU-wise monthly).

Conduct regular 1:1 reviews with sales team members to track performance and pipeline health.

Prioritize high-value opportunities and leverage strategic partnerships.

Collaborate closely with Presales Partners Domain Experts and Delivery teams to grow existing accounts and acquire new logos.
Team Leadership & Management -
Build lead and develop a high-performing Account Management and Sales team.

Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability ownership and a passion to win.

Strengthen consultative and solution-led selling capabilities within the team.

Manage day-to-day sales operations including targets compensation and cross-functional alignment.

Drive leadership behaviors focused on customer centricity transformation talent development and execution excellence.
Candidate Profile -
12 years of experience in Sales and Operations with strong business and financial acumen.

Proven leadership experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong expertise in System Integration business.

Established CXO-level relationships within the region and client ecosystem.

Strong partnerships with leading OEMs and technology partners (e.g. Cisco HP Dell Microsoft Avaya).

Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
