Summary:

The Service Line Coordinator will coordinate scheduling of patients physicians staff equipment and site/space for assigned specified patient population. Coordinate all necessary paperwork and orders in a timely fashion for in-patient admission ancillary testing and clinic patients. Participate actively in all phases of the patients care.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.

  • Three years of clinical experience preferred.

  • Experience working with children/youth with complex medical conditions preferred.

  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.

  • Effective interpersonal communication.

  • Adept at working in a dynamic team environment.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated initiative.

  • Ability to plan and organize effectively.

  • Experience with data base management.

  • Understanding of scoliosis preferred.


Certification/Licensure:

  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of Texas.

  • BLS required.

Hours:

  • 8:00am to 4:30pm
