Key Responsibilities

Lead a patient-focused dental team with strong clinical judgment
Deliver ethical high-quality dental care
Perform full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions
Present and discuss treatment plan options with patients
Provide efficient high-quality clinical treatments
Maintain budget awareness and partner with Operations to achieve financial goals
Mentor and coach new dentists and team members
Stay up to date through continuing education

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
