Job Summary
Job Title: Director - ICU

Job Description:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all ICU services including Medical Surgical Cardiac Neuro and other specialized ICUs as applicable.
- Develop and implement ICU policies clinical protocols and standard operating procedures in line with best practices.
- Lead capacity planning bed management and ICU expansion initiatives.
- Ensure 24/7 readiness of ICU services to manage high-acuity and complex cases
- Lead mentor and manage intensivists critical care nurses respiratory therapists and allied healthcare professionals.
- Drive staffing models competency development credentialing and performance management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork accountability continuous learning and staff wellbeing in a high-stress environment.
