Job Summary

Job Title: Director - Emergency Services

Job Description:

Provide strategic direction and oversight for all emergency services including Emergency Department Trauma Care and Disaster Management.
Develop and implement policies protocols and procedures to ensure efficient patient flow safety and quality outcomes.
Lead capacity planning resource optimization and service expansion initiatives.
Ensure emergency preparedness and disaster response readiness in alignment with national and regional guidelines.
Lead mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams including physicians nurses paramedics and support staff.
Drive workforce planning recruitment training and performance management.
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning.
Address staffing challenges conflict resolution and employee engagement within emergency services.
