Job Description:

The Director is responsible for directing all aspects of the assigned Medical/Surgical units to include Telemetry. They are responsible for managing and mentoring staff developing and enforcing policies and procedures preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the programs budget and productivity.

Must have:
Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.
Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years experience in a leadership role.
Must possess a Bachelors degree in Nursing. Advanced degree (MSN Healthcare Administration and MBA) strongly preferred.
Experience working in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred.
Experience building a team focused on quality initiatives.

Nice to have:
Experience facilitating relationships with providers.

Certification: BLS ACLS required.
