- Support the collection and analysis of market consumer and competitor insights helping to build the foundation of strong brand decisions.
- Help develop document and update frameworks for positioning messaging and brand ambassador programs that drive recognition and trust.
- Translate customer and competitor insights into actionable requirements for how our brands should appear physically in partnership with Brand Marketing Managers and Designers.
- Assist in preparing and scheduling creative briefs for both marketing campaigns and brand activation projects throughout the year.
- Maintain and update strategic playbooks and brand documentation making sure they are accurate accessible and truly useful for teams company-wide.
- Gather campaign and activation feedback contribute to best practice sharing and support the preparation of key learnings and case studies.
Qualifications :
- 34 years experience in brand strategy marketing consumer insights or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to turn data into actionable recommendations and effective documentation.
- Desire to learn collaborate and deliver value across multiple projects and teams.
- Comfortable communicating in English (German or another European language is a plus).
