Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Office Talent Acquisition Team. Candidate must live within the Eastern Standard Time Zone and within commutable distance to Pennsauken NJ.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 PM Eastern.

Travel: Must be able to work a hybrid schedule requiring weekly travel to our Pennsauken NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2 years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Demonstrates leadership skills customer service self-motivation problem solving and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer proficiency
