Job Summary
Our client is a leading scaffolding and formwork contractor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Head quartered in Riyadh.
Principal Responsibilities:
o Develops and controls goals and objectives.
o Assist the General Manager in setting the divisions vision business plan and growth strategy .
o Drive revenue growth through tendering client acquisition and diversification of service offerings .
o Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies in scaffolding insulation fireproofing and waterproofing services.
o Oversee day-to-day operations including planning erection dismantling and maintenance of scaffolding systems .
o Ensure strict adherence to international safety standards (OSHA CISRS etc.) and client requirements .
o Optimize utilization of manpower materials and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs .
o Implement operational KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
o Review and interpret financial statements to support decision-making.
o Monitor divisional budgets margins and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth .
o Support tendering pricing and contract negotiations to ensure profitability .
Lead mentor and develop project managers supervisors and crews .
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Education Level : Masters or Bachelors Degree Discipline (First Choice) : Engineering Construction Management Discipline (Second Choice) :
Business Administration.
Work Experience B.S Degree minimum 10 years of related experience including at least 08 years in a management position in large or medium-sized organizations. Master Degree minimum 08 years of related experience including at least 06 years in management position in large or medium size organizations.
