What youll do

  • Coordinate daily regional production coverage ensuring all BAU support obligations are met across shifts and time zones.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues driving timely resolution in partnership with support and development teams.
  • Mentor and train team members on tools processes and best practices fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources effectively ensuring service levels and project commitments are maintained.
  • Provide technical support for software applications and investigate diagnose and resolve application issues.
  • Automate start-of-day and end-of-day checks for key applications.
  • Implement monitoring and automation initiatives using Datadog and develop custom solutions using Python Shell and/or Powershell scripts.
  • Create tactical support tools and scripts to improve the incident investigation process and enable
  • transparency into potential business impacts.
  • Prioritize and categorize incidents based on severity and impact.
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve applications based on user feedback.
  • Create and maintain documentation for responding to common errors and application incidents.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of software applications.
  • Provide training and assistance to users to ensure effective use of applications and systems.

Whats REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role within a technology operations or application support environment.
  • Bachelors degree in computer Science information technology or a related field.
  • Support Middle and Backoffice applications created Java C# etc. Should know how to debug apps with help of code logs alerts etc.
  • Ability to write/read complex SQL procedures/queries. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
