Your Role: Senior Data Architect & Consultant

As a senior member of our Data Team youll lead complex agile consulting projects across Capcos domains. Youll work directly with technology leaders in financial services to:

• Design and deliver modern data architectures that enable cloud adoption and enterprise scale analytics.
• Advise on best practices for data management governance and optimization.
• Shape strategic roadmaps that align data initiatives with business goals.
• Drive innovation by building services and capabilities that define Capcos vision for Modern Data Architecture.
• Lead teams and client engagements influencing stakeholders and managing delivery in dynamic environments.

This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology and wants to make a tangible impact.

What You Bring

• Proven experience architecting and implementing data strategies governance models and enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop Spark Hive Impala etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture/Data Architecture are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling data lakes ETL frameworks and metadata management.
• Hands on experience with cloud migration patterns security frameworks and cost optimization.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ideally experience in Financial Services consulting with leadership skills and stakeholder management.
• Bonus: Interest in Graph computing and semantic data modeling.
