Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
Manage train and evaluate production line personnel performance.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.
Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
Monitor production efficiency identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain accurate production reports labor records and material usage logs.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong understanding of production processes quality control and safety regulations.
Proven leadership and team management skills including employee development and performance management.
Ability to analyze production data identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced manufacturing software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP MES)
Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
Bilingual or multilingual abilities relevant to the workforce
