Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Pay Range: $24.24$26.50 per hour (based on skills and experience)
Work Location: Onsite Sterling IL 61081 (Building 2)
Shift: 2:30 pm -11:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Perform equipment setup basic maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve technical and quality issues.
Assist with machinery operation to maintain consistent production flow.
Complete production records and required documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain clear communication across shifts and with management to ensure continuity.
Reassign team members as needed to support workflow coverage and changing production demands.
Inspect materials products and equipment to verify compliance with quality standards.
Champion process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Coach team members on processes policies and performance expectations.
Assist with data collection and reporting for key production metrics.
Follow all Safety Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Required)
High School Diploma or GED
4 years of manufacturing experience including operating powered industrial equipment
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complex issues
Comprehensive working knowledge of production processes and equipment
Experience providing leadership coaching or mentoring to a production team
