The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Charlotte that are seeking skilled Process Engineers. Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction.
Design develop and scale new manufacturing processes and equipment layouts.
Troubleshoot process deviations identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain process documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Analyze process data to identify trends improve yields and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
Ensure all processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process control systems P&IDs and statistical process control (SPC).
Proven ability to apply Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis or process simulation software (e.g. Minitab JMP Arena)
Experience with automation robotics or PLC systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
