Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Develop review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Design implement and scale up new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Monitor key process parameters and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Ensure processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2 years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process control (SPC).
Demonstrated ability to analyze process data identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of P&IDs process control systems and manufacturing equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Experience with automation and control systems (e.g. PLCs SCADA)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant project leadership experience
Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
