Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes equipment and tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to process deviations or equipment performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including SOPs PFDs and work instructions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis.
Monitor key process parameters and analyze data to identify trends predict failures and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with R&D production and quality teams to ensure seamless product transfer and quality adherence.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in process optimization troubleshooting and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills including proficiency in data analysis statistical process control (SPC) and process modeling.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies and relevant industry safety standards.
Ability to design implement and validate process changes and new equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Familiarity with automation robotics or Industry 4.0 concepts
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
