The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
Design validate and procure tooling fixtures and equipment for production.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing requirements and ensuring successful launch.
Analyze and resolve production issues conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions process flows and BOMs.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
Collaborate with design quality and production teams to ensure product manufacturability and quality.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or a related engineering field.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design tooling and process simulation.
Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g. machining assembly automation welding).
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with MES or ERP system implementation/integration
Proficiency in 3D manufacturing simulation software (e.g. Arena FlexSim)
Hands-on experience with automation and robotics programming/integration
