Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime.
Install commission and relocate new machinery and production lines.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Proven experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Familiarity with PLC operation and basic troubleshooting.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Certification for operating forklifts or mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs).
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
