Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems of production machinery.
Conduct detailed troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
Install commission and modify new and existing manufacturing equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and environmental regulations.
Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals for equipment repair and installation.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems.
2 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic and power transmission systems.
Adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG TIG Stick)
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
HVAC/Refrigeration experience or certification
