Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Oversee the timely repair and troubleshooting of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Manage the maintenance budget controlling costs related to parts labor and external services.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within maintenance operations.
Optimize spare parts inventory management to minimize downtime and control costs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Industrial) or a related technical field.
5 years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Strong technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment automation and control systems (e.g. PLCs robotics).
Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets control costs and effectively utilize CMMS.
Excellent leadership communication and team development skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced CMMS implementation optimization or data analytics.
Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven experience in managing capital projects related to equipment installation or facility upgrades.
Strong understanding of industrial automation PLCs and SCADA systems.
Expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
