Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws OSHA regulations and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition development and retention strategies for a production workforce including skilled trades.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations conflict resolution and fostering a positive safe plant culture.
- Experience managing workers' compensation claims safety programs and HR compliance audits.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
- Experience supporting a multi-shift or 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
