Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production technical and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Develop implement and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
• Oversee performance management and talent development programs for manufacturing staff.
• Coordinate and deliver essential training programs including safety compliance and skills development.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness within the manufacturing sector.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement reduce turnover and enhance workplace safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws OSHA regulations and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition development and retention strategies for a production workforce including skilled trades.
• Strong capabilities in employee relations conflict resolution and fostering a positive safe plant culture.
• Experience managing workers' compensation claims safety programs and HR compliance audits.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
• Experience supporting a multi-shift or 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
