The Position:

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in NY or NJ
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
