The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a high-growth financial services startup seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to own and scale revenue-driving partner programs.
This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy lifecycle marketing and partner enablement. The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating partnerships into measurable growththrough co-branded programs lifecycle campaigns and multi-channel execution. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can both set direction and execute with precision.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in startup environments thrives with autonomy and brings a clear point of view on how partner marketing drives pipeline activation and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to perform the following core responsibilities:

Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for partner-branded programs including payments and card-based offerings

Lead lifecycle marketing for partner initiatives spanning onboarding activation engagement reactivation upsell and retention

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across email (primary) SMS landing pages and in-app touchpoints
-
Build and optimize drip and nurture programs that drive application starts activations usage growth and long-term retention
-
Develop partner-specific messaging positioning and copy tailored to distinct audiences industries and use cases
-
Monitor performance closely and apply data-driven insights to continuously improve conversion engagement and revenue outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Partner Success Sales Product and Design to ensure aligned execution
-
Support a diverse partner ecosystem across logistics transportation financial services and platform integrations
Only candidates with proven ownership of partner-led GTM initiatives will be considered.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

47 years of experience in partner marketing lifecycle marketing or growth marketing
-
Open to 4 years for candidates with exceptional progression and scope
-
B2B SaaS experience (fintech or logistics technology strongly preferred)
-
Hands-on experience owning partner or co-marketed campaigns end to end
-
Strong background in multi-channel marketing with deep experience in email-led lifecycle programs

Prior experience working in a startup environment (required in addition to larger org experience if applicable)

Ability to operate as a strong individual contributor driving strategy and execution with minimal oversight

Demonstrated ability to use performance data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Differentiators)
Candidates with the following experience will stand out:
