Salary Range: $46000 - $66000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoicing and vendor payments.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process payroll including wages deductions and related tax filings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory valuation for raw materials WIP and finished goods.
• Assist in tracking and reporting production costs and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Prepare monthly financial statements such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and internal financial policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and basic cost accounting concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.
• Familiarity with fixed asset tracking and depreciation for manufacturing equipment.
• Experience assisting with production cost analysis or variance reporting.
