Aboutthe role
As the Reservations Manager you will oversee the day to day operations of the reservations team ensuring all enquiries bookings and guest interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
You will be responsible for maximising occupancy and revenue through effective yield management accuracy in reservations processes and strong collaboration with Sales Front Office and other operational departments..
Situated in our contact centre located at the Stamford Plaza Adelaide youll serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations hotel offerings and brand driver across both Adelaide properties Stamford Plaza Adelaide and Stamford Grand Adelaide.
