We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. You will play a meaningful role in financial planning and forecasting management reporting data quality initiatives and analysis and other projects. The role offers opportunities to engage in cross-functional collaboration on both local and global projects to expand your expertise and partner with other stakeholders.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare annual financial plan quarterly forecasts and other project-based plans in coordination with the FP&A team and other team leads
- Develop and refine financial models to support strategic business initiatives and projects
Management Reporting
- Prepare and deliver timely accurate and insightful reports on a monthly quarterly annual or ad hoc basis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights including performance tracking against plan and latest forecasts
- Track KPIs and provide financial summaries to inform finance and business leadership
Business Partnering
- Partner with other functions to provide transparency on costs and develop detailed cost ownership and consciousness
Process Improvement
- Participate in initiatives to improve financial data accuracy and consistency across systems and processes
- Collaborate with finance accounts payable and procurement to ensure data is properly maintained and enhanced
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in FP&A or Business Partner role ideally within the trading financial services or technology industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Alteryx) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle SAP) required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance related audiences
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
