Job Summary
As a Senior AML Reporting Analyst youll sit at the centre of our AML Operations ecosystem partnering closely with leaders and subject matter experts to strengthen processes uplift quality and turn complex data into insights that truly matter. Youll combine analytical thinking with thoughtful collaboration helping guide teams through change while keeping our AML/CTF obligations front of mind.
This role is ideal for someone who loves making sense of complexity enjoys improving how things work and feels proud knowing their work protects customers and the business.
About The Role:
Youll support AML Operations across reporting quality process design and change by:
- Designing maintaining and uplifting AML operational processes across ECDD transaction monitoring name screening and related functions ensuring alignment with the AML/CTF Program
- Preparing and delivering weekly monthly and ad-hoc reporting including dashboards and performance packs and clearly explaining what the data means and why it matters
- Reviewing documenting and updating procedures and process maps in response to regulatory change operational uplift and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting quality management through the design of quality checks analysis of outcomes root-cause investigations and recommendations for improvement
- Partnering closely with AML Operations Leads SMEs and working groups to ensure all process and quality changes are documented approved and embedded
- Contributing to AML reform initiatives including training system enhancements change readiness and post-implementation reviews
- Supporting governance activities such as audits assurance reviews and stakeholder reporting with accurate defensible data and insights
- Youll work closely with AML leadership and be a trusted voice in conversations about whats working whats not and how we can do better.
About You
- Strong AML/CTF experience within a regulated environment with a solid understanding of Australian AML obligations and upcoming reforms
- A data-driven storyteller comfortable building dashboards analysing trends and translating insights into clear meaningful messages
- A process-minded problem solver who enjoys documenting workflows identifying gaps and improving how things operate
- Collaborative and adaptable able to work confidently with multiple teams leaders and SMEs through periods of change
- Detail-focused and quality-driven with a genuine care for accuracy compliance and doing things the right way
- Experience with Power BI Salesforce or similar workflow and reporting tools is highly valued but were open to transferable experience.
