At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee record-keeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

In employee relations at PwC you will focus on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organisation fair treatment and resolving workplace conflicts effectively. You will play a crucial role in fostering a harmonious work environment.

Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Employee Relations team you manage day-to-day employee relations cases oversee investigations and govern labor compliance. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while upholding professional and technical standards. This role requires a proven track record in handling complex employee situations and collaborating with legal and compliance teams making it essential to maintain a research-driven approach while being sensitive to employee needs.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 9 years of experience in employee investigations and labor compliance

- Post graduation (MBA) degree or equivalent practical experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
