Job Title: Partner Success Manager

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the organizations solutions to customers through implementation partners. Acting as the governance and success manager the PSM drives alignment quality and accountability across the partnersales SC teams and the customer ensuring every engagement delivers measurable business outcomes. Pre-Project Responsibilities - Partner Profile Page Management & Regular Updating
- Collaborate with Sales Solution Consultants and Partner Management to identify the most suitable partner based on customer needs domain expertise and capacity.
- Validate partner readiness capability and prior implementation success with the organization solutions.
- Partner Enablement & Readiness
- Ensure selected partners are fully enabled on the organizations implementation framework delivery standards and success criteria
- Conduct pre-project briefings to align on methodology documentation escalation protocols and success metrics.
- Proposal & Solution Alignment
- Review partner implementation proposals to confirm alignment with the organization and its product best practices and customer objectives.
- Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities between the organization the Partner and the Customer
- SOW & Agreement Governance
- Oversee the creation and finalization of the Statement of Work and associated agreements ensuring they reflect defined scope success criteria and accountability standards.
- Confirm alignment between commercial commitments delivery expectations and customer outcomes.
Post-Project Responsibilities - Project Kick-off & Success Criteria
- Colead the project kick-off with customer and partner teams to align on project vision objectives KPIs governance cadence and escalation paths.
- Reinforce customer success criteria and define how project success will be measured.
- Project Governance & Cadence
- Establish a regular operating cadence with the partner and customer to track milestones risks and dependencies.
- Monitor delivery quality proactively address risks and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Solution Review & Iterations
- Review solution design and delivery progress to ensure adherence to the organization standards and customer expectations.
- Facilitate design or delivery iterations where gaps are identified to maintain quality and scope integrity.
- Partner Performance & Feedback Loop
- Capture learnings feedback and performance metrics post-delivery to inform partner evaluations and enablement programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices across the partner ecosystem.
