Job Summary
Transition:
o Work as the Transition Manager for outsourcing engagements
o Manage internal / external client relationships during various stages of
the transition
o Follow the Cognizant Transition Methodology to successfully transition
projects within the agreed timelines
o Perform due diligence put together detailed transition plans and
ensure successful execution as per the timelines
o Manage multiple transitions at the same time
o Project Reporting to internal and external stakeholders
