About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join the brigade at a Michelin Guide-listed 3 AA Rosette restaurant just outside Lichfield. Known for its progressive approach to modern British cooking The Boat delivers ingredient-led tasting menus with precision creativity and consistency at the core.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a focused CDP looking to develop within a high-calibre kitchen that values both innovation and discipline. Youll work closely with a talented senior team using the very best seasonal produce to deliver a memorable dining experience.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing your section confidently during prep and service
Executing dishes to 3 Rosette standard with precision and care
Maintaining strong mise en place and a clean organised section
Supporting daily tasting-menu and à la carte service
Working with premium seasonal and locally sourced produce
Collaborating with the team on new dishes and menu development
Upholding high standards of food safety hygiene and allergen control
Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
What Were Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a Rosette or Michelin Guide kitchen
Excellent technical ability and understanding of modern cooking techniques
Passion for seasonal British produce and flavour-driven cooking
Calm reliable and organised in a fast-paced fine dining environment
High personal standards and strong attention to detail
A team player who takes pride in their craft and is eager to learn
Ability to work cleanly efficiently and with consistency
