Job Summary
A welcoming and well-organised secondary school in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is seeking a Teacher of French to join its Modern Foreign Languages department from January 2026.
French is well-established across KS3 and KS4 with a curriculum focused on developing confident communicators and strong cultural awareness. The department is supportive and collaborative with clear schemes of work and shared resources.
You will:
Teach French across KS3KS4 (with KS5 opportunities for the right candidate)
Deliver engaging lessons with a strong emphasis on speaking and listening
Support assessment feedback and intervention strategies
Contribute to enrichment such as language clubs or cultural events
