The ideal candidate will executive and oversee the quality assurance process for ServiceNow implementations ensuring solutions meet business requirements and industry standards. This role requires hands-on testing expertise leadership skills and a strong understanding of ServiceNow CSM modules and best practices. Key Responsibilities
Executive Lead the QA/testing efforts for ServiceNow CSM projects including planning execution and reporting and align with Agile methodologies.
Develop review and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules (CSM Portal ServiceNow platform etc.).
Coordinate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Execute manual and automated tests in ATF; identify document and track defects through resolution.
Mentor and guide junior QA/testers on writing ATFs ensuring adherence to Boomi QA processes and standards.
Participate in requirement reviews design walkthroughs and sprint planning sessions.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry QA standards.
Prepare and present test status reports metrics and quality assessments to management.
Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to QA processes and tools.
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates new features and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Experience in software quality assurance with ServiceNow testing.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture modules and workflows.
Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium ATF).
Proven ability to lead QA teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA ServiceNow).
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (e.g. Certified System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist). Desired Skills
Experience with ServiceNow ATF API testing and integration validation.
Knowledge of Agile ITIL processes and their implementation on ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM modules.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Continuous learning mindset with a passion for quality and process improvement.
