Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development or SRE activities
Experience handling critical outages and Major Incident Management

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development / SRE
Experience with Major Incident Management and critical outage handling
ServiceNow Systems Integration expertise
Proficiency in at least one scripting language
Strong analytical logical and problem-solving skills
Experience in technical analysis
ServiceNow Administration Certification (or higher preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Participate in SRE activities including:
Incident resolution
Change execution
Problem ticket analysis
Identify and implement solutions by:
Leveraging open-source communities
Liaising with vendors
Collaborating with engineering teams
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives including:
Process optimization
Automation through scripting
Innovation and best practices
Maintain transparent communication with partner teams and customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges
Participate in:
Lifecycle management projects
Major incident management calls
Problem management discussions
Maintenance and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises
