The Role:
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant youll play a key role in building long-term client relationships and placing top talent into permanent positions across various sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing qualifying and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle while also driving business development efforts to expand our client base. This role is client-facing and delivery-driven with a strong focus on delivering high-quality placements and fostering repeat business.
Core Purpose:
- Acquire and manage client accounts for permanent recruitment services
- Identify engage and place qualified candidates into long-term roles
- Deliver exceptional service that results in client retention and repeat business
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Business Development and Client Acquisition
- Client Relationship Management
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Placement and Sales Administration
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in a 360 Recruitment
- Experience with ATS or CRM platforms (you know your way around tech tools)
- Exceptional attention to detail you catch the small stuff others miss
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a pro
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Experience with job boards PNet Executive Placements Career24 or Career Junction (Advantageous)

- A keen understanding of both client and candidate motivations and profiles allowing you to make impactful successful placements.
- Working seamlessly with internal teams embracing new ideas and systems and demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic growth-focused environment.
- Consistently upholding high standards in process adherence system utilization and all aspects of your work contributing directly to our companys reputation and growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 4 new client contracts signed each month
- 25 candidates are submitted to clients for open roles per month
- 15 candidates are interviewed by clients for open roles each month
- 5 Billable placements monthly
- Revenue of R150k/monthly
Compensation and Incentives:
- Base Salary:
