Seeking a motivated and proactive Home Loan Consultant to join our team. Help clients secure their dream homes while growing your career in finance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong referral network
- Guide clients through the home loan application process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- 23 years of external sales experience (finance insurance etc.)
- Self-motivated confident and proactive
- Own a reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
- Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)
- Basic Salary: R15000
- Settling-In Allowance: R10000 (Months 13) R6000 (Month 4) R4000 (Month 5) R3000 (Month 6)
- Commission: 0.3% on deals closed (minimum monthly target: R2.5 million)
- Opportunity to grow into Senior and Executive Consultant roles with higher base and commission
