Responsibilities:
- Typing and formatting CVs with attention to detail and accuracy ensuring alignment with company
- standards.
- Conduct reference checks for candidates maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Providing office support to the Recruitment team including scheduling interviews managing candidate correspondence and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring data compliance.
- Assisting in drafting and updating job descriptions and templates when required.
- Supporting team initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and considering DEI principles in all
- interactions.
- Collaborating with team members on special projects and assignments as directed.
- Assisting with candidate sourcing screening and selection.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Business Industrial Psychology or related degree.
- 02 Years experience in recruitment HR or client service environment.
- Strong administrative and communication skills with willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar platforms (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Entrepreneurial self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
