Job Summary
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to potential clients based on leads provided by the bond origination businesses.
- Present and explain clients insurance products to clients tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Generate quotes and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume target-driven environment.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations FAIS requirements and internal policies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and changes to maintain compliance.
- Matric Certificate RE5 qualification and FAIS compliance (e.g. NQF5 Wealth Management) are mandatory.
- Relevant certifications or training in sales or insurance are advantageous.
Minimum Required Experience:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume target-driven environment.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
