Requirements
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered throughout the restaurant.
- Assist with creating and managing staff schedules to maintain proper shift coverage.
- Monitor stock levels assist with ordering supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular hygiene and cleanliness inspections to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operational duties as required.
- Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of stock management and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
