We are seeking a Professionally Registered Electrical Engineering Manager (Pr Eng) to lead our electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will oversee the design implementation and maintenance of electrical power systems ensuring compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and project specifications. This is a leadership role that combines technical expertise with the strategic management of multi-disciplinary teams and projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technical staff
Oversee the design installation testing and commissioning of electrical systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards safety and regulatory requirements
Manage budgets timelines and resources for multiple projects
Provide mentorship and professional development for team members
Collaborate with clients contractors and internal stakeholders on project delivery
Develop and maintain technical documentation reports and specifications

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional registration (Pr Eng)
Experience in electrical engineering design project management or leadership
Strong knowledge of HV MV and LV electrical systems and power distribution
Proven experience in project planning budgeting and team management
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
