Responsibilities
Strategic Event Leadership: Plan design and execute a full calendar of high-stakes events including client forums industry conferences and specialized thought-leadership seminars ensuring every interaction reinforces the firms premium positioning.
Brand Guardianship: Act as the primary custodian of the firms brand identity rigorously overseeing its application across all collateral digital channels and physical experiences to guarantee unwavering consistency and integrity.
End-to-End Logistics Mastery: Manage all event logistics seamlessly from venue selection and speaker liaison to managing complex budgets and external vendor relationships consistently delivering an elevated client experience.
Collateral & Asset Development: Drive the creation of impactful brand assetsincluding presentations digital content and print materialsensuring they align perfectly with strategic messaging and brand standards.
Stakeholder Alignment:Build trusted collaborative relationships with partners senior leadership and Business Development teams acting as an internal brand ambassador and trusted advisor on marketing best practices.
Performance Measurement: Track key event metrics and brand visibility indicators providing insightful reporting to senior leadership and proactively recommending strategic improvements based on data and market trends.
Requirements
Experience 57 years in events brand management or marketing within professional services (legal consulting financial services) or corporate settings.
Experience Proven track record managing complex high-level corporate or client-facing events.
Qualification Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications Events or Brand Management
